PHE plates/gaskets are non-OEM, 100% compatible with genuine parts.

All PHE Gaskets and Plates are produced under approved production conditions, and both Rubber compounds and Plate material are analyzed on a third-party lab. Entrance material-control for Plates and gaskets is made at our own lab, to ensure compliance with certificates.

(1) Each heat exchanger plate is coated with fluorescent testing agent, inspected for small cracks and corrosion holes under ultraviolet light, and cleaned again. In addition, it is important to focus on checking the condition of the sealing groove and make necessary repairs.



(2) Inspect the bonding position and quality of the sealing gaskets of each plate heat exchanger, classify them according to the installation sequence, and then carefully assemble the plate group.



(3) After cleaning the plate heat exchanger, use a high-pressure blowing device to remove residual surface cleaning agents such as the plate heat exchanger.



(4) Inspection and testing of recycling performance. Check the wall thickness of the heat exchanger and pipeline when suspected of rusting.



(5) Remove aged and damaged sealing gaskets from the plate heat exchanger, and choose appropriate cleaning methods based on different types of dirt for cleaning
