All PHE Gaskets and Plates are produced under approved production conditions, and both Rubber compounds and Plate material are analyzed on a third-party lab. Entrance material-control for Plates and gaskets is made at our own lab, to ensure compliance with certificates.

The control parameters selected for the plate heat exchanger include the material of the heat exchanger, working pressure, design temperature, etc.

2. When selecting heat exchanger, try to make the side with small heat transfer coefficient get large flow rate, and try to make the heat transfer coefficients on both sides of the two fluid heat exchange surfaces equal or similar, so as to improve the Heat transfer coefficient. The temperature of the fluid heated by the heat exchanger should be 10 ℃ lower than the saturation temperature at the outlet pressure of the heat exchanger, and should be lower than the working temperature of the water pump used for secondary water.

3. Fluids containing sediment and dirt should be filtered before entering the heat exchanger.

When selecting a plate heat exchanger, the flow velocity at the interface of the fluid on the side with a small temperature difference should not be too large and should meet the pressure drop requirements.

5. For situations where the flow rate is high and the allowable pressure drop is low, a plate type with low resistance should be selected. Conversely, a plate type with high resistance should be selected.

6. According to the fluid pressure and temperature, choose detachable or welding type.

7. It is not suitable to select plates with too small area of single plate, so as to avoid excessive number of plates, small flow rate between plates and lower Heat transfer coefficient.

The heat exchange medium of plate heat exchangers should not be steam.
