All PHE Gaskets and Plates are produced under approved production conditions, and both Rubber compounds and Plate material are analyzed on a third-party lab. Entrance material-control for Plates and gaskets is made at our own lab, to ensure compliance with certificates.

During the mixing process of hydrogenated Nitrile rubber, the heat generation is large, which is easy to produce structural phenomenon, which is not conducive to the mixing of ingredients. Therefore, it is necessary to mix at low temperature. It is advisable to use low speed, small rolling distance, low speed ratio, and batch feeding methods for mixing.



In the internal mixer, it is advisable to use low speed and lower temperature mixing, and strictly control the discharge temperature. The discharge temperature does not exceed 130O C, and the rubber material is not suitable for long-term mixing.



As the degree of hydrogenation increases, the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound increases, and the strength and elongation properties do not change much, but the compression set also increases.



Several Nitrile rubber with acrylonitrile 34% and Mooney viscosity (ML4100 ℃) in the range of 20~140 were hydrogenated to 99.5% degree of hydrogenation.
