PHE plates/gaskets are non-OEM, 100% compatible with genuine parts.

All PHE Gaskets and Plates are produced under approved production conditions, and both Rubber compounds and Plate material are analyzed on a third-party lab. Entrance material-control for Plates and gaskets is made at our own lab, to ensure compliance with certificates.

HNBR also has good ozone resistance, weather aging resistance, chemical resistance, and excellent compression set and swelling properties. HNBR has excellent dynamic performance, as shown in Figure 2, with significantly lower crack growth compared to CR. HNBR has excellent wear resistance due to its very high tensile product, which is proportional to the wear index. Therefore, HNBR is an excellent wear-resistant rubber material.

(1) Although hydrogenated Nitrile rubber is hydrogenated and saturated, it still retains the characteristics of the original Nitrile rubber. It has tensile crystallinity and therefore has high strength.



(2) It has good heat and odor resistance, weather aging resistance, and chemical acid and alkali resistance.



(3) Good swelling resistance of technical liquids (including oils containing corrosive additives).



(4) Good mechanical performance, maintaining a considerable level even under temperature rise conditions.



(5) Under extremely harmful conditions, it has significant wear resistance.



(6) The tensile strength of vulcanizate is higher than that of Nitrile rubber and Neoprene, close to or higher than that of carboxyl Nitrile rubber.



(7) Excellent resistance to acid (hydrogen sulfide) environments and amine/oil mixtures, as well as oxidation fuel and lubricating oil resistance.



(8) The glass transition temperature Tg varies with the degree of hydrogenation between -15~-14 ℃, and the brittleness temperature is -50 ℃.
